Last night I found myself in an establishment with a few local brews which were not highly recommended by our waiter. I took that to mean they were not stellar so I too the easy path and ordered something else. I figure if the staff cannot get behind the draft list you might want to take a cue. Now it could turn out your server is just not a beer person, but with a stellar whiskey and wine list why take a chance.
